VOICE AGENTS
Outbound voice agents that follow up for you
A voice agent is a scripted operator with judgement: it holds a natural conversation, follows your rules, and writes the outcome into your systems. Inbound, outbound, or both on the same number.
WHAT IT DOES
Each agent is built against a defined task rather than a general chat prompt. The task determines what it must establish before it can act, what it is allowed to commit to, and the point at which it must stop and pass the call to a person. That boundary is written down and enforced, not left to the model.
Inbound agents answer, qualify and complete. Outbound agents run through a list - confirmations, reminders, follow-ups on quotes, waitlist offers - and record the result of every attempt, including the ones that go to voicemail.
The conversation behaves like a conversation. The caller can interrupt, change their mind halfway through, correct a detail, or ask something out of order, and the agent keeps track. Latency is tuned so replies land in the rhythm of a normal phone call.
Everything the agent hears becomes structured data. Where a call ends in an action - a booking, a callback, an escalation, a status change - the action happens during the call, and the transcript and captured fields are stored against it.

WHERE IT IS USED MOST
- voice agents for real estate agencies - inspection bookings, appraisal routing and buyer qualification across a high call volume.
- voice agents for online stores - order status, delivery questions and product enquiries resolved without a support queue.
- voice agents for automotive workshops - outbound confirmations and quote follow-ups run while the workshop is on the tools.
WHAT IT COSTS
A voice agent is priced on how much it has to do. Number of intents, number of systems it writes to, whether it runs outbound campaigns, and expected minutes per month all move the figure, so a fixed public price would be a guess.
The structure is a one-off build fee for scripting, integration and testing, then a monthly fee covering telephony, model usage, monitoring and ongoing changes. You are quoted in the first call.
