AI RECEPTIONIST
AI receptionist for Australian businesses
The receptionist picks up on the first ring, works out what the caller wants, and either books it, quotes it or escalates it. It runs on your existing number, at every hour, without a queue.
WHAT IT DOES
The agent answers on your published number. There is no new number to advertise and no change to how customers reach you. Calls that would have gone to voicemail, to a queue or to nobody at all are picked up and dealt with in the same conversation.
It works out the reason for the call before doing anything else. A caller asking about availability is handled differently from one chasing an existing job, and the agent asks only the questions its answer actually depends on. Everything it captures - name, number, address, vehicle, property, child, order - is written down as structured fields, not as a rough note.
Where the request can be completed, it completes it. That means checking the calendar, holding the slot, confirming it back to the caller and sending an SMS. Where it cannot, it takes the detail, tells the caller exactly when someone will ring back, and escalates to a human with the full context attached.
After every call you get a written summary: who rang, what they wanted, what was agreed, and what is outstanding. Nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.

WHERE IT IS USED MOST
- AI reception for mechanical workshops - the phone rings while the technician is under a car, so bookings and logbook enquiries are captured without leaving the bay.
- AI reception for childcare centres - parents research enrolments at night and on weekends, when no one is at the desk to answer.
- AI reception for real estate agencies - buyer enquiries peak exactly when agents are at inspections, and first response decides the lead.
WHAT IT COSTS
There is no published price list, because the honest answer depends on your call volume, how many workflows the agent has to complete end to end, and what it has to connect to. A single-line business booking one job type is a different build from a multi-site operation routing to six people.
You get a figure in the first conversation, not after a discovery process. Pricing is a build fee plus a monthly operating fee that covers telephony, model usage and changes to the script.
