Novara Tech builds AI phone systems for Australian businesses - AI receptionists that answer every call, voice agents that make outbound calls, and the automation and custom software that sits behind them. If your business lives on the phone, we make sure it never misses one.

    Why it started

I kept meeting capable business owners - mechanics under the bonnet, childcare directors on the floor, agents at inspections - losing work for the simplest possible reason: the phone rang and nobody could pick it up. The software that could fix this was built for American enterprises, priced like it, and indifferent to how a small Australian business actually runs. I started Novara Tech to build that fix myself, here, for businesses my size.

    Founder-led, deliberately

Novara Tech is one person, on purpose. There is no account manager layer, no offshore delivery team, and no handover to someone who was not in the original conversation. When you call with a problem, you reach the person who designed and built your system - the same person who can fix it at nine on a Friday night. Staying small is a decision about accountability, not a limitation I am waiting to grow out of. It also means I take on a limited number of clients, so every deployment gets the attention it needs.

    The security background

I hold a masters in cybersecurity, and it changes how everything here is built. Access control, call recording consent, data retention and data handling are decided before the first call is answered - not patched on after something goes wrong. An AI system that speaks to your customers is handling personal information, and it should be treated that way from day one. The /security page documents exactly how these systems are run; read it before you talk to anyone, including me.

    Where this is going

The near-term focus is depth, not breadth: sharper voice agents, deeper integrations with the tools Australian businesses already run, and industry-specific deployments for childcare, automotive, real estate and e-commerce that are genuinely good at those jobs rather than generically adequate. I would rather be known for doing one thing reliably - answering the phone - than for a long list of products.

If that sounds like the way you would want it built, the next step is a conversation. Book a free demo and I will show you the system on a real call - live, not a recording.
